The Company hereby announces that, based on Deed of Statement of Shareholders’ Resolutions of the Company No. 117 dated 20 January 2026, made before Doktor Christina Dwi Utami, SH, MHum, Mkn, a Notary in West Jakarta Administrative City, it has resolved to dissolve and liquidate the Company effective as of 20 January 2026, and has appointed Mrs. Tenly Widjaja as the liquidator.

The Company hereby announces the plan to surrender the Company’s business license as Securities Underwriter and Broker to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, which has been approved by the shareholders of the Company based on Deed of Statement of Shareholders’ Resolutions of the Company No. 117 dated 20 January 2026, made before Doktor Christina Dwi Utami, SH, MHum, Mkn, a Notary in West Jakarta Administrative City. The plan will be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Based on our voluntary application, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“IDX”) has suspended the Company’s exchange membership, effective as of 15 January 2026 (“Effective Date”).

With this suspension, the Company is not permitted to conduct any trading activities on the IDX as of the Effective Date until further notice. The Company will continue to fulfil all outstanding obligations and settle any transactions executed prior to Effective Date, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Company requests all customers to contact the Company to arrange the transfer of securities from your securities account with us to securities account at another custodian or securities company.
