New SmartForm Guideline

Dear Valued Customers,

We herewith wish to inform you that effective from 14 July 2026, we will no longer accept any changes to our payment instruction form, including information on the following:

1. Debit Account Number,
2. Debit Currency,
3. Remittance Currency,
4. Payment Amount in Remittance Currency or in Debit Currency,
5. Beneficiary Bank Name,
6. Beneficiary Account or International Bank Account Number (IBAN),
7. Beneficiary Name, and
8. Debit name and Debtor Name.

Any changes (including due to incorrect input) will require you to make new instruction – the current one will be cancelled. Please refer to the step-by-step guidance when filling Smartform in.
