The HSBCnet Trade Transaction Tracker gives you a global view of your documentary credits, collections and payments, guarantees and trade loan across markets and countries worldwide in one single app.

Available for Apple iPhone and Android Phones, with the HSBCnet Mobile app with Trade Transaction Tracker you can:

What you will need:

  • An Apple iPhone or Android device
  • The latest version of the HSBCnet Mobile app
  • downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Your company’s HSBC Trade Account number
  • Recent Bill or Documentary Credit reference number
  • Your email address registered in Instant@dvice*

Easy 3 steps to set up

  1. Open the HSBCnet Mobile App and tap onto Trade Transaction Tracker button
  2. Enter in your HSBC Trade Account number, Instant@dvice email address and recent Bill or Documentary Credit reference number
  3. Enter in the confirmation code provided to your email address
  4. You only need to be registered for Instant@dvice to access the HSBC Trade Transaction Tracker, HSBCnet registration is not required. If you are not yet an HSBC Instant@dvice customer, please add your e-mail address in the Trade Transaction Mandate, Trade Document Collection Mandate and Instant Advice form in this link. Kindly complete the form with authorized signature and submit to Trade Counter.

Registering for Trade Transaction Tracker


1. Download the latest version of the HSBCnet Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

2. Click ‘Trade Transaction Tracker’ at the bottom

3. Select your location (country) from the list

4. Continue to next page then read and accept terms and conditions

5. Enter Trade account number, registered ‘instant@dvice’ email address* and transaction type/ reference number. An email address can be registered for a single mobile phone only.

6. Click ‘Continue’ and check the email account for the 8 digit confirmation code from Trade Transactions Tracker SERVICE titled ‘Confirmation code to register HSBC Trade Transactions Tracker’

7. Enter the 8-Digit Confirmation Code to complete the registration

8. Your mobile phone is now registered for Trade Transaction Tracker.

Trade Transaction Tracker FAQ

Q1. I am currently using HSBCnet ITS to submit our Trade transactions requests, will there be any changes to this service following the launching of Trade Transaction Tracker mobile app?

A1. No changes to this – submitting transaction process (creating and authorizing trade transaction instructions) remains through HSBCnet ITS. The Trade Transaction Tracker mobile app has “view-only” feature to check transaction status.

Q2. How can I amend, remove, or add user from the accessing the Trade Transaction Tracker app?

A2. To make changes or to add new user, simply complete the “Trade Transaction Mandate, Trade Document Collection Mandate and Instant Advice” form (download here). Kindly have the form signed by company’s authorized signor(s) and submit to our Trade counter. Maximum of 5 (five) users can be registered to access this mobile app.

Q3. Will I receive any push notification on my phone for loans or transactions which would be due soon?

A3. The “push notification” for loan due is not available. To see the transaction status or check loan due date, kindly login and view them within the Trade Transaction Tracker mobile app.

Q4. If I register for the Trade Transaction Tracker mobile app, will I continue to receive emails from Instant@dvice to my inbox?

A4. Yes, the Instant@dvice service will still remain. The Trade Transaction Tracker mobile app is launched as a supplementary platform for our customers to have easier access to information of their Trade transactions with HSBC Indonesia.

Q5. I have SCS-AI/RF facility with HSBC, will these transactions be viewable in the Trade Transaction Tracker mobile app?

A5. The Trade Transaction Tracker mobile app is not yet connected to our SCS-AI/RF platform. At this moment, the transaction types viewable in the app are Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Documentary Collections, and Trade Loans.

Q6. Does this application work as two-way communication platform with HSBC’s Trade team?

A6. This mobile app serves as “view-only” tool to monitor your trade transactions. Should you have any inquiries or need further clarification, kindly contact the Trade Client Services team or your assigned Trade Specialist.
