Opening your account: step-by-step overview

  1. Start your application by scheduling a meeting with our Relationship Manager online, or calling us
  2. Our Relationship Manager will be in touch with you to find out more about your business, and help identify the best account for your needs
  3. A dedicated Case Manager will ask you to provide some information and documents via email or over the phone to progress your application.
  4. Your Case Manager will review your application and if successful, we'll ask you to complete and sign the application forms so that we can open your account and set you up on HSBCnet.

What to expect once your account is opened

  • Account number - emailed to you
  • HSBCnet tokens and user guide (as applicable) – posted to your mailing address
  • Feedback survey - emailed to you to help us improve our onboarding process
